Retail Sales Associate

The Retail Sales Associate role is under our business unit, Eu Yan Sang Singapore Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities

1. Provide customer service in-stores.
2. Encourage customers to try new products and take up membership.
3. Work together with the team to achieve outlet sales targets.
4. Recommend suitable products according to customer’s needs.
5. Handle customers’ feedback or complaints with care.
6. Maintain store cleanliness and basic housekeeping.
7. Replenish products on display and maintain tidiness at all times.
8. Ensure outlet has adequate stock level and raise order to restock or highlight stock shrinkage.
9. Handle POS system and cashiering activities.

Requirements

1. Primary/Secondary School/“N” Level in any field.
2. Preferably 1 Year(s) of working experience in retail; candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
3. Passion for the retail industry and a good team player.
4. Willing to work and commit to retail hours.
5. Candidates with experience in the TCM health and wellness industry may be considered for senior roles.
