Smiggle has terrific opportunities for experienced retail Sales Assistants. To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about stationery and able to create a personal, exciting, and creative experience for our fans (both customers and team members).

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Assistant will be:

1. Results focused: You must have a strong sales focus and proven results.
2. A great communicator: Excellent communication skills, ideally with a basic command of English.
3. Experienced: Previous retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
4. A multi-tasker: Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. FUN!!! Maintain a positive attitude, lead by example, and ensure excellent customer service, providing every customer with a smile and a giggle.
