As a Retail Sales Assistant, your primary goal is to provide excellent customer service while driving sales and supporting the growth of the ThomsonBaby brand. You will play a key role in both our retail and online presence by:

  • Managing cashier duties, assisting customers with product recommendations and purchases, restocking, merchandising, and ensuring the retail space is welcoming and well-maintained.

  • Monitoring market activities by gathering insights on pricing, product offerings, and market trends.

  • Social Media engagement. Assisting in the management of the brand’s social media channels and campaigns to build strong brand affinity and customer engagement.

  • Assisting in the creation of marketing materials for both ThomsonBaby.com and retail shop.

  • Generating reports & provide analysis to facilitate business decisions.

  • Full Time Working Hour: Monday to Friday: 830am to 530pm and Saturday 830am to 1230pm

  • Part Time Working Hours Monday to Friday: 4pm to 8pm and Saturday 2pm to 6pm

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably diploma in business, marketing and/or retail

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experiences in retails or sales

  • Sales and service-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes

  • Pro-active, independent and motivated learners
