(Sales Assistant / Part-time may apply)
- Overall in change of shops sales and operation matters.
- Provide and recommend products, answer any questions customers for walk in or call in customers, and attempt to make sales through enquiries.
- Product introduction and demostration the functionality of the product to customers.
- Answer the phone and handle customer’s requests and enquiries.
- Handle POS system and manage all mode payment transactions.
- Work and maintain store display in accordance with brand visual merchandiser.
- Perform housekeeping to maintain overall presentation of the shop in terms of merchandising, cleanliness, tidiness and display of products, equipment and tools at all times.
- Participate in meetings within or outside the Company.
- Participate in ongoing trainings within or outside the Company.
- Drive and achieve individual sales target in a team environment.
- Provision of exemplary customer services ensuring high standards of performance in service excellence.
- Adhere to shop day-to-day operations procedures.
Requirements
- Preferred working experience in retail industries.
- Proven sales records/ sales experience.
- Ability to provide consultative product usage preferred
- Able to work on shift and retail hours.
- Customer focused, result oriented, independent, highly motivated and proactive.
- Traning will be provided (Locally and Oversea if applicable).
- Ideally to be able to converse in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers and associates.
