Responsibilities:
Promote and demonstrate products/services to potential customers
Explain product benefits, features, and usage effectively
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations
Drive sales by persuading and encouraging customers to make purchases
Always maintain a professional and positive brand image
Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples
Set up and arrange promotional displays to attract customers
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Gather customer feedback and report insights to the sales and marketing team
Work closely with retail staff and supervisors to optimize sales performance
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industrytrends
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification
2–3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG or consumer products industry
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Customer-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach
