Job description

The Sales Assistant serves as the direct link between the brand and its customers, responsible for providing consultation, introducing products, and delivering a professional and refined shopping experience. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a keen ability to understand and respond to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

When Working at the Store

• Warmly welcome customers and provide professional product consultation to understand and meet their needs.
• Recommend and sell products that best match customers’ preferences, requirements, and style.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain the store image in accordance with company standards.
• Share product knowledge and keep customers informed about product features, fashion trends, and promotions.
• Efficiently process transactions and ensure accuracy when handling cash, card, or other payment methods.
• Proactively work towards individual and team sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, returns, and feedback in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Arrange and display merchandise according to company visual merchandising standards.
• Replenish merchandise and ensure products are properly organized and available for customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and overall presentation at all times.
• Support regular stock counts and inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy.

When Working at the Office / Warehouse

• Support the processing, picking, checking, and packing of online orders.
• Ensure products are accurately picked according to customers’ orders and order specifications.
• Check product quality, condition, size, color, and quantity before packing to minimize errors.
• Ensure all goods and company assets at the office/warehouse are properly organized, stored, and well maintained.
• Support stocktaking and inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate stock records.
• Assist with stock transfers between stores and the warehouse, ensuring goods are properly checked and recorded.
• Support the handling, sorting, and organization of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Assist with daily operational tasks related to the Singapore market as assigned by the Operations team.
• Perform other duties and operational tasks as assigned by the Store Manager or Operations team.

Qualifications

• Singaporean or already holding a valid work permit
• Solid background in retail sales, ideally within the fashion industry.
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion, with a strong interest in the latest styles and market trends.
• Outstanding communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Confident in sales techniques and skilled in recommending additional products to maximize purchases.
• Highly customer-oriented, with a can-do attitude and a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable working under pressure, able to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic retail setting.

Working time:
