A retail company in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Associate responsible for inventory management, fulfilling orders, and providing excellent customer service. The candidate will handle daily outlet operations and resolve customer complaints. Requires strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to work six days a week, including public holidays, with Sundays off.
Job Description:
1. Perform inventory management and restocking
2. Promote and demonstrate mobile/ tablet devices to customers
3. Serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
4. Printing and packing of daily e-commerce orders
5. Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products and new products
6. Resolves customers complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management
7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
