Job summary

Aftershock PC in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to join our store team. You will assist customers, explain PC builds and components, process purchases and help create a welcoming, high-energy shopping environment.

No prior specialist experience is required beyond 1 year in retail or customer service; training will be provided. You should enjoy technology, stay up to date with PC hardware trends, and be available for retail shifts, weekends and public holidays to support

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales or customer service.
• Passionate about PCs, gaming hardware or technology.
• Basic knowledge of PC components and current PC market trends is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, service-oriented and willing to learn.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and recommending products based on their needs.
• Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities
