Available Positions & Salary Range

• Retail Assistant — Up to SGD 2,550

• Senior Retail Assistant — Up to SGD 2,850

• Assistant Supervisor — Up to SGD 3,099

• Supervisor — Up to SGD 3,549

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their shopping needs

• Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services

• Recommend and demonstrate products based on customer preferences

• Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system

• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods accurately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

• Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Participate in store promotions, events, and product launches

• Work collaboratively with team members to provide a seamless customer experience

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in luxury fashion retail is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent product knowledge and ability to make informed recommendations

• High attention to detail and presentation standards

• Comfortable working at Changi Airport on shift hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Positive, service-oriented attitude and team player

Shift Schedule

• AM Shift: 5:45am – 3:30pm

• Mid Shift: 9:15am – 7:00pm

• PM Shift: 3:15pm – 1:00am
