Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead Roadshow and Roadshow Warehouse operations in alignment with company goals and sales targets.

  • Develop comprehensive roadshow plans, covering timelines, budgets, and logistics.

  • Identify and secure suitable venues for roadshow events.

  • Coordinate with mall management, vendors, and contractors to negotiate optimal rental rates and favorable profit margins and facilitate efficient event setups.

  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

  • Source vendors and coordinate their participation in roadshows.

  • Ensure logistics are effectively organized and maintained.

  • Apply for necessary permits, licenses, and handle required documentation before and after each roadshow.

  • Assist with setup, teardown, and on-site operations.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on upcoming roadshow promotions.

  • Operate POS machines, conduct daily cashiering duties, and manage opening and closing procedures.

  • Prepare monthly sales reports, verify invoices, and manage administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate with the finance department to submit sales reports and invoices.

  • Lead and supervise a team, providing training, guidance, and oversight to temporary staff.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related fields.

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.

  • Prior experience managing cashier responsibilities.

  • Flexibility and willingness to work at various locations.

  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
