ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Retail Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and play a crucial role in hiring top talent for our retail operations across Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry, talent sourcing strategies, and a deep knowledge of the local talent landscape.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs for retail stores and corporate retail positions.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for retail roles.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand workforce planning and talent acquisition goals.
  • Stay updated on retail hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in retail or consumer-facing industries.
  • Experience in volume hiring for retail roles such as store associates, managers, and customer service representatives.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
