Qualifications

• Strong cost management and budgeting skills with track record.
• Proficiency in cost reporting and financial updates for stakeholders.
• Experience in BOQ preparation and measurement for tender and construction.
• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Experience in interior fit-out, retail, or commercial projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets and implement cost controls.
• Provide regular cost reporting to project managers.
• Evaluate quotations and negotiate with suppliers and contractors.
• Assess variation orders and progress claims.
• Prepare and review BOQ, cost plans, and tender documents for retail design projects.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and external partners to meet budget, quality, and timelines.
