Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

The Retail Project Executive is responsible for coordinating and steering the Sales Departments to achieve vehicle sales targets. They will develop and maintain sales and lead management reports to inform decision-making, propose sales targets and KPIs, and analyze customer data to support a comprehensive data management strategy. The Executive will present sales strategy proposals to the Head of Sales. Additionally, they will oversee projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion, act as a liaison between departments and third parties when necessary, and provide progress reports to upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Steering and Controlling

  • Create and maintain sales reports
  • Review and improve existing reports and collaborate with relevant teams to streamline reporting efficiency
  • Propose sales targets and KPI’s based on sales reporting implemented
  • Proactively identify trends both internal and external to influence and drive business goals
  • Monitoring of competitor’s weekly sales activities. Keeping sales and marketing updated for necessary internal action plans

Leads Management

  • Support in the development of a Leads Management System
  • Propose leads generation KPI’s to motivate and steer sales and marketing departments

Project Management

  • Coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors
  • Develop a detailed project plan and schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities to monitor and track progress report
  • Propose and initiate new potential projects that can benefit business unit

Data Analysis and Management

  • Collaborate with team and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate data into business insights
  • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions
  • Assess and analyse the customer data and support in the creation of a customer data management and CRM strategy

Administrative & Support functions

  • Support the Head of Sales on administrative functions and adhoc projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma graduates in Business, Marketing, Engineering or relevant discipline
  • Experience in sales planning, leads management, or the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Tech-savvy, particularly in system operations
  • Strong analytical skills and data processing ability
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates a high level of independence and initiative
  • Knowledge of Singapore automotive market is a plus
