Are you passionate about automotive retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We’re looking for a dynamicRetail Parts & Accessories Advisorto join our team and help drive retail parts & accessories sales while representing our brand with pride and professionalism.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You’ll work closely with the Parts Sales Manager to develop eye-catching merchandising displays, curate an appealing Lifestyle & Accessories product mix, and roll out impactful sales promotions that set new standards in the automotive retail space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities, including resolving product and logistics queries, identifying operational issues, and ensuring our retail displays are always fresh and engaging. You’ll also handle all ecommerce enquiries and orders, manage inventory and purchasing in collaboration with the Parts Sales Manager, conduct stock counts, and maintain accurate documentation. Your role will also involve monitoring financial performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations—from goods receipt to stocktaking and housekeeping.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in the automotive industry

• A responsible, performance-driven individual with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage complexity, meet deadlines, and stay organized

• Strongcommunication skillsin both spoken and written English

• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification

• Willingness to work onalternate Saturdays (with OT)
