Assistant Store & Service Manager

The Assistant Store & Service Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a high-performing team culture. This role oversees daily floor operations, ensures store readiness, and mentors the sales team to embody the brand’s spirit of innovation and energy. The Assistant Manager also plays a key role in managing scheduling, compliance, and in-store activations, making it an exciting leadership opportunity within a dynamic retail environment.

Visual Merchandising Executive

The Visual Merchandising Executive is responsible for bringing On’s brand vision to life through impactful visual storytelling and data-driven merchandising strategies. This role creates compelling displays, optimizes store layouts, and adapts brand activations to the local market, ensuring a premium shopping experience. In addition, the Visual Merchandising Executive trains and supports the store team to maintain brand standards, while balancing creativity with operational excellence to drive both customer engagement and commercial success.

Sales & Service Associate

As a Sales & Service Associate, you will create a service-driven retail environment that prioritizes guest engagement and exceptional experiences. You will represent the brand on the sales floor, achieve sales targets, and support day-to-day store operations.

Storekeeper

The Storekeeper plays a vital role in supporting daily store operations by managing stock flow and maintaining an efficient back-of-house environment. This role ensures merchandise is received, organized, and replenished accurately so the sales floor is always ready to meet customer needs.
