A thriving retail company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for team leadership, customer service quality control, and financial management, ensuring exceptional experiences for guests while optimizing operational efficiency. We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or retail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
Manage the daily operations of multiple retail units
Monitor inventory control to minimize stocks in outlets
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff
Develop team schedules and manage labor budgets
Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching
Customer Service & Quality Control:
Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly
Implement SOPs and service standards across all retail outlets
Financial & Strategic Management:
Assist in budget planning and monitor financial performance
Analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement
Implement cost-control strategies without compromising service quality
Health & Safety Compliance:
Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actions are taken
Upkeep/Maintenance Management:
Liaise with suppliers and negotiate renovation/maintenance contracts and pricing
Ensure timely and accurate of completion of renovation/maintenance.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
5-10 years of experience in retail operations or hospitality management
Must have experience in footwear & fashion industry
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools
Able to work flexible hours or days at time (including weekend and PH)
