Job description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or retail, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight:

    • Manage the daily operations of multiple retail units

    • Monitor inventory control to minimize stocks in outlets

  • Team Leadership:

    • Recruit, train, and supervise staff

    • Develop team schedules and manage labor budgets

    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching

  • Customer Service & Quality Control:

    • Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience

    • Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly

    • Implement SOPs and service standards across all retail outlets

  • Financial & Strategic Management:

    • Assist in budget planning and monitor financial performance

    • Analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement

    • Implement cost-control strategies without compromising service quality

  • Health & Safety Compliance:

    • Conduct regular audits and ensure corrective actions are taken

  • Upkeep/Maintenance Management:

    • Liaise with suppliers and negotiate renovation/maintenance contracts and pricing

    • Ensure timely and accurate of completion of renovation/maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5-10 years of experience in retail operations or hospitality management

  • Must have experience in footwear & fashion industry

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools

  • Able to work flexible hours or days at time (including weekend and PH)
