About the role

This boutique-based role operates on retail shifts and hours, and is responsible for coordinating in-store operations and supporting sales activities to ensure the effectiveness of processes and workflows, ultimately delivering a seamless client experience in the boutique.

Responsibilities

Oversee inventory control and follow up on shipments, transfers, and consignments, while coordinating shipments in collaboration with the Central Sales Operations Coordinator in Geneva and HQ.

Monitor stock levels, sales, back orders, and deposit lists while ensuring timely replenishment and ordering of model stock, accessories, and POS materials.

Allocate products based on back orders, client needs, and sales targets, while coordinating high-end and limited timepiece movements to ensure precise allocation of limited editions.

Review rosters, leave, and overtime records while ensuring compliance and audit requirements are met in collaboration with the office; manage after-sales service from reception to delivery, handle customer enquiries, and oversee ordering of store supplies and stationery.

Support the client-facing team by handling back-office tasks during and after selling ceremonies—tasks that would otherwise require them to leave the client unattended.

Step in to conduct selling ceremonies when all client-facing team members are engaged, until one becomes available.

Monitor weekly and monthly forecasts, maintain the quality of the daily clientele book, support monthly store meetings and reporting, and consolidate monthly commission reports, staff KPIs, and incentive results.

Maintain the event client list in collaboration with the office team, ensure product availability for events, campaigns, launches, client trips, displays, and boutique action plans, provide timely and accurate reporting on leads and sales post-events, and manage the ordering and tracking of customer gifts.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail or boutique operations. With prior sales experience is a plus.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and retail software.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
