Job summary

A retail company in Singapore is seeking a Retail Operations Support candidate to assist with administrative processes for new store setups and monitor e-commerce activities. Ideal candidates are diploma holders, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual skills in English and Mandarin are preferred. Responsibilities
Retail Operations Support
  • Handle administrative processes required for new store setups.
  • Prepare and submit applications for relevant licences and permits (e.g., SPF, SCDF, HDB, Town Council or other regulatory bodies as required).
  • Compile documents and information needed for inspections, approvals, and compliance submissions.
  • Support in arranging contractors and service providers for operational readiness.
  • Maintain timelines and checklists to ensure all pre-opening tasks are completed promptly.
  • Prepare reports or forms required by Operations.
  • Liaise with Outlet Managers/government agencies on operational updates, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
E-commerce Support
  • Monitor online orders, delivery timelines, and customer enquiries.
  • Update product listings, pricing, and promotional information across online platforms.
  • Coordinate with Operations on stock availability and order fulfilment.
  • Track e-commerce performance metrics and highlight discrepancies or operational issues.
Communication and Coordination
  • Work closely with internal departments such as HR and Finance.
  • Draft memos and updates for Operations.
  • Maintain proper filing and records of contracts, licences, and operational documents.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by management to support overall operations.
