• Expected salary: $3,000 - $3,500 per month

• Manage e-commerce platform
• Manage retail outlet(s)
• Effectively manage daily retail sales, order fulfillment, and customer relationships
• Customer Service Excellence - Provide a high-standard level of service to all customers by being proactive, identifying and solving their problems, and always being professional and courteous
• Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to company guidelines and brand standards
• Manage retail promotions, sales, and marketing programs
• Effectively manage loyalty program

• Min. Diploma graduated
• Min 1-2 years retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing personality and willingness to engage with people
• Sales and results focused with high energy
• Strong interests in events, florals, and crafts preferred
• Demonstrated track record of successful client management and a portfolio of VIP clients
• Basic understanding of social media/E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Google Ads, FB/IG, Mailchimp)
• Singaporean Citizen/PR preferred
