Our Company, in the Retail Industry located Across Singapore, has an opening for Retail Operation Trainee.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor store operation performance and ensure that inventory flow, demands, and staff coaching are up to standard.
• Ensure all products are well stocked and follow merchandise display standards.

Initial Duties:

1. Serve walk-in customers.
2. Handle cashier duties.
3. Manage merchandising display.
4. Maintain shop image.

As time goes on, you will learn to:

1. Plan working schedules.
2. Indent stocks.
3. Manage a team of 4-5 retail assistants.

Requirements:

• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, along with leadership qualities.
• Strong passion for customer service.
• Minimum 3-6 months of retail experience.
