About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Retail Operation Executive to support our stores across Southeast Asia. This role will coordinate with local teams in different countries to ensure smooth store operations, maintain brand standards, and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support daily retail operations across assigned regional markets.
  • Coordinate with store managers and local teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Monitor sales results, KPIs, and store performance, recommending action plans for improvement.
  • Support execution of promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, customer service guidelines, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Conduct regular store visits and operational reviews (onsite or virtual).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and HR to align initiatives across markets.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of store staff to ensure consistent operational quality.

Requirements

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in retail operations, preferably with multi-country exposure in Southeast Asia.
  • Familiarity with store operations, retail KPIs, and performance analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region.
