A leading hotel in Singapore is seeking a Retail Booth Associate to ensure smooth operations and provide an exceptional shopping experience for guests. Candidates will be responsible for upselling products, managing transactions, and maintaining booth hygiene and organization standards. The role suits energetic individuals eager to start a career in customer service, with flexible shift obligations from August 2025 to February 2026.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the smooth operation at the Retail Booths by carrying out all job tasks effectively and efficiently. To provide delightful retail experience for guests through delivering excellent service.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assist and engage with guests warmly, providing personalized product recommendations and advice.
· Possess good product knowledge and perform upselling constantly through active recommendation or suggestive selling during order taking.
· Perform cashiering and adhere to all procedures. Oversee sales processes, from handling transactions to ensuring accurate pricing and stock levels.
· Accurately record and manage daily sales, inventory, and cash and credit summaries.
· Ensure that the booths are properly set up and accordance to Brand and/or Hygiene standards.
· Maintain visual merchandising standards and creatively adapt displays for themes and festivities.
· Check cleanliness of booth area and ensure sufficient stock of condiments at all times.
· Anticipate guests’ needs and know regular guests’ special requirements/preferences; follow up with guests constantly for any additional assistance.
· Achieve sales targets, contribute to revenue growth through upselling, and manage inventory control.
· Enhance customer experience through effective complaint resolution and feedback collection for service improvements.
· Follow all opening and closing procedures, ensuring the booth's cleanliness and organization.
· Liaise with retail office for stock requisitions, order management, and operational matters.
· Uphold energy conservation measures and report any equipment issues or losses
· Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

. Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ levels and above
. No experience is required
. Willing to go the extra mile
. Customer service oriented
. Able to commit from August 2025 to February 2026
. Able to perform rotating shift duties, including weekends and public holidays
