Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to oversee operations in the Changi/East area. Location : Changi Area Salary: $5000 to $5500

Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple airport terminals
  • Manage retail team performance and ensure adherence to company SOPs
  • Drive sales and profitability through stock control, trend analysis, and forecasting
  • Lead merchandising, store events, and POS performance improvements
  • Monitor KPIs such as sales, productivity, inventory, and shrinkage
  • Handle customer queries professionally per company and CAG policies
  • Work closely with merchandising/logistics teams on stock levels and replenishment
  • Lead investigations into loss prevention matters
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance development of the retail team
  • Conduct performance reviews and coach staff to meet KPIs and service goals
  • Manage work schedules and staff coverage across outlets
  • Support store operations such as stock take, renovations, and store openings
  • Min Diploma in any fields
  • Min 5 years’ experience in travel retail, FMCG, or managing large multi-store teams
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
  • Passionate about customer service and team development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
