Responsibilities:
Manage the retail excellence & operations to achieve sales & KPI
Handle store KPI, staff commission scheme, incentive program, budget and staff costs
Motivate store team to achieve target and KPI
Implement operational strategies, policies and procedures, to deliver the best in-store customer experience
Support store organization evolution through people excellence, training, coaching and staff development
Analyze sales data and KPI performance to maximize sales potential and present recommendations to the management
Review existing business processes constantly to improve productivity and efficiency
Prepare sales report, sales plan and sales analysis
Support VIP strategy and recruitment
Benefits:
