• Manage store KPIs, staff incentives, budgets, and manpower costs.

• Motivate and lead the team to achieve performance goals.

• Implement operational policies to enhance the in-store customer experience.

• Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance management.

• Analyze sales and KPI data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

• Continuously review business processes to boost productivity and efficiency.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

• Assist in VIP engagement and recruitment initiatives.
