Drive retail operations and ensure sales and KPI targets are met.
Manage store KPIs, staff incentives, budgets, and manpower costs.
Motivate and lead the team to achieve performance goals.
Implement operational policies to enhance the in-store customer experience.
Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance management.
Analyze sales and KPI data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Continuously review business processes to boost productivity and efficiency.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Assist in VIP engagement and recruitment initiatives.
Minimum 6 years of retail operations experience in luxury fashion, watches, or jewelry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
