Job Description - Retail Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure smooth operations of all retail outlets
  • Forecast and monitor sales performance of all outlets, and ensure monthly targets are achieved
  • Identify market trends and implement in-store
  • Optimise resources, monitor and ensure team hits individual and store sales target
  • Lead team to provide customer service excellence and uphold company’s image at all times
  • Develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Perform inventory control and analysis for all retail outlets
  • Responsible for training and development of staff

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail industry
  • PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong passion for customer service excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to organise, prioritise, multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A strong leader who is proactive, quality conscious and results-driven
  • Possess mentorship skills to groom and motivate the team
