Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to oversee operations across multiple store locations. The Retail Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring a superior customer experience. This leadership role requires strategic planning, effective team management, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Strategy:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor store performance and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Plan and oversee marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to boost sales.
  • Ensure the implementation of merchandising and pricing strategies across all locations.

Operational Management:

  • Manage the overall operations of multiple retail outlets to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure proper stock levels and timely restocking.
  • Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and ensure operational excellence.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Establish and maintain high customer service standards across all locations.
  • Address escalated customer complaints and implement strategies for improved satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance the shopping experience.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and retail staff.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Conduct team meetings to align on business goals, share updates, and recognize achievements.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and productivity.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and local laws.
  • Monitor adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols across all stores.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail management, with experience managing multiple locations.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including:
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • POS (Point of Sale) systems and retail management software.
  • CRM and inventory management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and customers.
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences.
  • Multilingual proficiency is a bonus.
