► Office Location - Central area

► Basic up to $6000 + VB

Job Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Business Growth – Optimize store performance through sales analysis, stock control, and merchandising strategies.

• Lead & Develop Teams – Recruit, train, and coach retail teams to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.

• Ensure Service Excellence – Uphold Lotte’s high standards in customer service and product knowledge.

• Manage Inventory & Loss Prevention – Work with merchandising and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent losses.

• Oversee Daily Operations – Handle point-of-sale management, store events, rostering, and KPI tracking.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years proven track records with travel retail or retail or FMCG chain stores backgrounds managing up to 80-100 staff in multiple stores model.

• Experience in sales analysis, inventory control, and store operations.
