Job Description

  • Supervise, motivate and communicate with colleagues to achieve sales targets of the month
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and provide consumer advice on products;
  • Organizing all store operations and allocating responsibilities to staff on ground
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Sign-up new members, meet or exceed targets given for ValueClub memberships;
  • Deliver excellent customer service from start to end;
  • Arrange and display retail merchandise as instructed;
  • Do daily housekeeping before store opens and after store closes to ensure cleanliness and safety
