Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening, closing, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store staff. Foster a positive team environment and ensure high levels of staff performance.
• Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a customer-first culture.
• Achieve sales targets and manage budgets. Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and conduct regular stock audits to prevent shrinkage and ensure product availability.
• Ensure the store layout and displays are aligned with brand standards and promotional activities.
