Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and work in a team or independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with law firms on checking and clarifying retail mortgage documentation.
• Handle all aspects of disbursement, payments and redemption for loan processing.
• Ensure safekeeping of security and confidential documents.
• Review conditions precedents before activation of credit facilities.
• Meet or exceed turnaround time and accuracy targets.
• Maintain data input, generate related reports and prepare legal profiles.
• Contribute to system projects or process improvement initiatives.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
