The candidate will be responsible for providing design proposals and ensuring smooth order placements and follow-ups. Ideal applicants should hold a Diploma in Interior or Industrial Design and possess at least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in the home furnishing industry, coupled with strong communication skills in Chinese and English.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide design support for retail business, proficient in using design software such as Sunvega and CAD.
  • Design proposals, renderings, and order placements based on customer needs to ensure implementation.
  • Follow up on orders after placement, ensuring smooth and timely production and delivery.
  • Seek and engage potential customers, providing professional product and design explanations.
  • Coordinate design needs between headquarters and manufacturing factory, ensuring design solutions meet the requirements and standards of customers.
  • Stay updated on market trends, optimize product displays, and enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or above in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
  • Experience: Preferably have 3 years experience in retail design, preferably with experience in the home furnishing industry and order follow-up.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Sunvega, CAD, and other design tools, familiar with internal order processes.
  • Language: Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Other Requirements: Strong service awareness, teamwork, and communication skills; able to handle multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
