Job summary

RTC (Singapore) Trading Co. Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Design Development Manager to turn retail briefs into practical fixture solutions, from concept through installation. You will work with the Key Account Manager, communicate directly with clients, and create SolidWorks models, drawings, and design packs.

The role blends creative thinking with engineering awareness and project management to ensure fixtures meet brand standards, budgets, quality, and timelines across regional and global programs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related design/engineering field.
• Hands-on proficiency in SolidWorks and ability to create 3D models and 2D drawings.
• Experience with retail fixtures or store development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support client briefs from concept to installation and deliver design packs.
• Create and revise 3D SolidWorks models and 2D drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and manufacturing teams to meet timelines.
• Manage projects from briefing to delivery, including schedules and approvals.
