Job summary

Fypirl Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive team member to support day-to-day store operations while helping customers discover products. The role blends hands-on retail tasks with creating short-form, UGC-style content and is not desk-only.

You’ll be comfortable on camera, keep up with trends on TikTok and Instagram, and participate in livestreams and events. Weekend shifts are likely required to support store activities.

Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form video content for social platforms.
• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced store environment.
• Comfortable speaking to customers and presenting on camera.

Responsibilities

About the role

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day store operations
• Engage customers and help them discover products
• Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment and store upkeep
• Support the creation of short-form, UGC‑style and shoppable content
• Film, edit and appear in product‑focused videos where required
• Support livestreams, events and in‑store activities
• This is not a desk‑only internship. You'll be switching between helping customers on the shop floor, handling store tasks, creating content and supporting livestreams.

• Confident talking to people and comfortable on camera
• Interest in beauty, lifestyle and content
• Proactive, responsible and willing to take initiative

Strong Plus

• Livestreaming or livestream hosting experience
• UGC, TikTok, Reels or shoppable video experience
