The role:
Drive store sales and profitability by managing operational efficiencies and delivering excellent customer service.
Manage controllable costs and stock levels to ensure operational profitability and effective stock control.
Uphold store operations by implementing and enforcing operational, procedural, and personnel policies.
Understand customer needs to enhance service delivery by building strong relationships with potential and current customers.
Train staff to enhance skills, with a focus on cross-training for sustained productivity.
Forecast and meet staffing needs to ensure operational efficiency
