The role:

• Drive store sales and profitability by managing operational efficiencies and delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage controllable costs and stock levels to ensure operational profitability and effective stock control.
• Uphold store operations by implementing and enforcing operational, procedural, and personnel policies.
• Understand customer needs to enhance service delivery by building strong relationships with potential and current customers.
• Train staff to enhance skills, with a focus on cross-training for sustained productivity.
• Forecast and meet staffing needs to ensure operational efficiency.
