Retail Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly sales target
2. Provide high-level customer service and assistance to customers
3. Perform cashiering duties
4. Ensure store cleanliness & tidiness
5. Assist in receiving and maintaining the inventory of stocks
6. Maintain and upkeep retail stores' visual merchandise
7. Keep up to date with special promotions and put up displays
8. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
2. Possess good customer service skills
3. Good communication skills
4. Sale-driven and highly motivated
5. Able to work on weekends/public holidays, and rotating shifts
6. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage (to relay information to Mandarin-speaking customers on fashion and clothing-related matters)
7. We prefer those who will stay for a longer period and grow with us
