A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to handle inquiries and complaints. The ideal candidate has a Diploma and 2-3 years of experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP. This role offers a regular office working environment from Monday to Friday.
Customer Service Officer
Working Details:
Monday-Friday 830-530pm, office working environment
Located at Ang Mo Kio
Responsibilities:
Handle general customer inquiries and feedback through various channels (e.g., emails, phone calls, and social media).
Provide knowledgeable responses to questions regarding products, pricing, and stock availability.
Resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies.
Follow up with respective departments on the status of solutions for customer requests and complaints.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Review and compile reports on compliments and complaints.
Present monthly Customer Service / Loss Prevention Reports.
Support and participate in company events.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role within a service environment.
Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
Exceptional written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of SAP and Case Trust is an advantage
