Job description

Customer Service Officer

Working Details:

  • Monday-Friday 830-530pm, office working environment

  • Located at Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general customer inquiries and feedback through various channels (e.g., emails, phone calls, and social media).

  • Provide knowledgeable responses to questions regarding products, pricing, and stock availability.

  • Resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies.

  • Follow up with respective departments on the status of solutions for customer requests and complaints.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Review and compile reports on compliments and complaints.

  • Present monthly Customer Service / Loss Prevention Reports.

  • Support and participate in company events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

  • Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role within a service environment.

  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.

  • Exceptional written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Knowledge of SAP and Case Trust is an advantage
