Job summary:

Working Hours:

• Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays (PH) • : 6-day shift rotation

• First Shift: 10 AM - 6 PM

• Second Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer [Concierge].

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their shopping experience is exceptional. You will be responsible for providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and ensuring that every customer feels valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Providing accurate information about store locations, promotions, and mall events.
• Handling redemption of vouchers, gifts, and other mall promotions.
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere in the mall at all times.
• Supporting mall management in creating a seamless shopping experience.

• Register shopper receipts for points
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and deliver outstanding customer service.
