Retail Consultant

- To promote and sell the company's product, play an integral part in promoting the brand's image and ensure that the day-to-day operation of the outlet/counter is carried out in an effective and efficient manner.

- Customer service & store operations, to achieve sales targets by recommending products to suit the needs of our customers.

- Attend to customers' needs and serve customers and make connections with potential customers to create a positive shopping experience.

- Keep up to date with all product knowledge and provide prompt and good customer service.

- Ensure that POS is well maintained, data updated accurately and regularly.

- Assist in store daily housekeeping and stock replenishment.

- Displaying and projecting a good image of courtesy, respectability and professionalism.

- Provide feedback on customers' preferences, merchandise, and other areas of concern.

- Perform any other relevant tasks/assignments as and when required by the management.

Requirements:

- GCE 'N' level, Nitec in Retail or any related discipline.

- Possess customer service mindset and ability to engage with people.

- Motivated and passionate about delighting our customers.

- Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail or/and customer service preferred.

- Able to work rotating shift hours, on weekends and public holidays.

- Willing to work at designated retail outlet.
