Soilboy is looking for a Retail Associate to join our retail team. This hands-on, customer-facing role involves assisting customers, caring for our plants and maintaining product displays.

Responsibilities include stock handling, fulfilling orders, supporting workshops and store activities while delivering friendly customer service. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow into more specialised roles as you develop.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail experience is helpful but not essential.
• Willing to learn about plants and Soilboy's products.
• Must be able to work weekends and public holidays per roster.
