Job summary

Responsibilities

• Source, select, and procure diverse plants and gardening products from reliable growers
• Forecast inventory demand, manage reorder levels, and track purchase orders to ensure stock availability
• Inspect incoming stock for health, quality, and accuracy before releasing to the retail floor
• Create and maintain visual merchandise displays highlighting new arrivals and seasonal trends
• Design innovative potted plant arrangements and value-added botanical products for retail
• Set up attractive plant groupings and theme-based displays showcasing care requirements and styling ideas
• Provide professional customer service and technical advice on plant care and lighting
• Assist clients with bespoke arrangements and corporate plant curation
