A leading sports retailer seeks enthusiastic individuals for a customer service role focused on Nike products. Candidates will deliver premium service, maintain product knowledge, and assist in daily operations, all within a team-oriented environment. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn fundamentals of Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom.
Being on top of our brand's product knowledge to ensure customers are assisted well with their needs
You will deliver the best possible service and attention to all consumers, informing customers of our current promotions, best seller items
Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning.
Build positive relationships with consumers and teammates and be an active member of the store community by attending and supporting store events.
Reliability and flexibility to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business - be available to operate the cash register for regular transactions, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock the floor, perform cleaning duties, and build visual displays when necessary.
Being Brand's ambassador by complying with Brand standards
Requirements
Passionate about all things Nike products and services and/or sports related activities is a must!
Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English
Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure
Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
Willing to work according to the retail hours, on weekends as well as on public holidays.
