A leading luxury retail brand is looking for Customer Service Associates to support its operations across various islandwide locations. Candidates should be friendly and engaging, with a passion for great customer service. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience while achieving individual sales targets through proactive service and support.
Summary:
Established well known luxury retail brand seeking for potentials. Islandwide locations at various malls.
Responsibilities:
Provide Service to Customers: Handle customer feedbacks, in the most appropriate manner, with operational guidelines. Greet and interact with all customers to determine their individual needs when they enter the store.
Perform Sales Transactions: Handle payment and sales transactions. Proactively utilize strategic selling and customer excellence skills to achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Stock Inventory and Visual Merchandise: Maintain outstanding store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
Administration: Assist in stock inventory management and simple procurement
Requirements:
Possess friendly, approachable and engaging personality
Must be willing to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
Open to candidates from Fast / Sports Fashion and Watches Brands
With relevant experience could be considered for Senior Sales Advisor role
