Job summary

TEAMLINK MARKETING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused retail sales associate to greet customers, understand their needs and recommend the right styles. You will drive sales, hit store targets, manage cashiering and returns, and keep displays looking sharp following visual merchandising guidelines.

You will also support stock receiving and transfers, stock counts and processing online orders when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Friendly, confident and proactive with customers.
• Sales driven and a strong team player.
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Interest in footwear, fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus.

We are the Singapore distributor for Havaianas and Superga, two global footwear brands loved for their colour, comfort and everyday style. We run brand stores in the heart of Orchard (Takashimaya and ION Orchard), alongside our online and wholesale channels.

What you’ll do

1. Greet and serve customers, understand their needs and recommend the right styles and sizes
2. Drive sales and hit store targets, including add on and multi pair sales
3. Handle cashiering, payments, exchanges and returns accurately
4. Keep the store visually sharp: replenish stock, organise displays and follow visual merchandising guidelines
5. Support stock receiving, transfers and stock counts
6. Process online orders and exchanges when needed

What we’re looking for

1. Retail or customer service experience preferred, but fresh entrants with the right attitude are welcome
2. Friendly, confident and proactive with customers
3. Sales driven and a strong team player
4. Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
5. Interest in footwear, fashion or lifestyle brands is a plus

Working hours

5 to 6 days per week, retail shift schedule between 10am and 10pm.
