Retail Associate at Singapore Cruise Centre (Duty Free)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, understand their needs and preferences.

• Provide product information and make recommendations.

• Promote and sell a wide range of duty-free products, such as liquor, tobacco, cosmetics, confectionery, and more.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

• Maintain organized and attractive product displays, restock shelves as needed, and keep the store tidy.

• Process transactions and manage payments.

• Assist with inventory management and support in stock-taking activities.

• Adhere to store policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• 5 days work week including weekend (44 hours rotating shift).

• Previous experience in retail or customer service role is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and remain efficient during busy periods.

• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Salary: $2000 - $2800 + VB + commission (TBC)

Time: 7am - 9:30pm
