Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates.

• Shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with everyday tech (Office & Google apps).
• Open to Singaporeans and PRs only.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

As a Retail Associate at Red DotRunning Company, you'll be right at the heart of the action — part of a small,close-knit team keeping the store running day to day.

You'll report to the RetailManager and work closely with the rest of the crew to hit store goals — butmore than that, you'll help build the kind of shopping experience peopleactually want to come back for. We're not about scripted sales pitches; we wantgenuine conversations with customers who share the same passion for sport thatyou do. If you like the idea of talking gear with people who care as much asyou do, this is your kind of role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and help them find the right gear for their goals — from their first 5K to their next ultra.
• Handle transactions on our point-of-sale system — cash, card, all of it — quickly and accurately.
• Keep the store looking sharp — restocking, styling displays, and making sure shelves are always ready for the next customer.
• Help with inventory — receiving shipments, flagging any damage or shortages, and keeping stock counts accurate.
• Answer customer questions on product features, sizing, and availability — no scripts, just knowing your stuff.
• Pack up online orders and get them out the door.
• Bring good energy to the team — show up to team meetings, pitch in, and help make the store a place people want to be.
• Stay in the loop on new products, promotions, and what's in-store so you can give customers spot-on recommendations.
• Jump in on other tasks as needed — no two days are quite the same.
• Follow company policies and health & safety guidelines so the store stays safe and welcoming for everyone.

Qualifications:

• Retail experience is a plus but not a must — we care more about your enthusiasm and can-do attitude.
• A friendly, approachable vibe and genuine care for good customer service.
• Solid communication skills — you're comfortable chatting with customers and teammates alike.
• You thrive as part of a team, even when things get busy.
• Open to working a mix of shifts, including some evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Comfortable with everyday tech (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc).
• Open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PR) only.
