Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, respond to queries and provide outstanding customer service
• Operate cash register, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers
• Work as a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Ensure shop cleanliness and tidiness throughout the sales floor
• Introduce promotions and upsell to customers
• Handle weekly new stock arrivals and inter-outlet transfers
• Assist in shop merchandise display whenever there are new arrivals or store promotions

Role Expansion In Future

• Candidates who exhibit positive attitude and performance will be considered for promotion to senior and supervisory positions.
• Internal training will be provided to upgrade employees' skills in order to take on additional responsibilities.

Requirements

• Candidate will need a minimum GCE N Level / O Level /ITE/Higher Nitec in any field
• A clean and tidy appearance
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
• Required Skill(s): Customer service oriented, responsible and takes initiative
