About the role

We are seeking dedicated Retail Assistants to join our team at PANGU RUNNING located in the Kallang Way Central Region. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to grow and develop within a dynamic and forward-thinking retail organization.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met

• Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards

• Handling cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately

• Restocking and organizing product shelves to maintain store inventory

• Assisting with the set-up and breakdown of displays and promotional activities

• Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment

• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills

• Housekeeping duties

What we're looking for

• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings ,weekends and public holidays

• Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred, but not essential

• Passion and knowledge for sport fashion trends

• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills

• Prefer Singaporean，Permanent Resident,Long Term Visit Pass Holder
