Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Retail Associate/Assistant to manage store operations at Changi Airport. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of retail experience and be able to commit to a shift work schedule, including weekends and public holidays. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, managing cash handling, and achieving sales targets. Competitive starting salary of $2200 - $2500 plus commission is offered.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Operation Manager.
  • Managing day-to-day store operations.
  • Delivering an exceptional in-store experience to customers.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
  • Promote and demonstrate to tourist & walk-in.
  • Handle customer inquiries and explain product benefits effectively.
  • Manage the POS system, payments, and cash handling.
  • Oversee in-store inventory and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Coordinate with the back-end office on sales matters.
  • Address customer feedback and provide excellent after-sales service.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate daily sales records.
  • Ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level with at least 1- 2 years of retail experience
  • Able to commit to shift work retail hours, including weekends & public holidays.
